Right of Withdrawal

Your rights as a consumer

1. Right of withdrawal

You have a period of fourteen days to withdraw from this contract without having to give reasons for your decision. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). Please address your statement to:

For the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, at the latest fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund we use the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. This refund will not give rise to any charge for you.

3. Special provisions relating to digital content

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires where the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer:

a) has expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and

b) has acknowledged awareness that they lose their right of withdrawal by consenting to the commencement of performance of the contract.

In that case, you no longer have the statutory right of withdrawal. We invite you nonetheless to take note of our voluntary guarantee below.

4. Voluntary 14-day « money-back » guarantee

Our satisfaction guarantee

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary satisfaction guarantee: if our guide does not meet your expectations, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of purchase — simply and without further justification.

This voluntary guarantee is independent of your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it in any way. Simply contact us by e-mail at the address [email protected].

6. Refund procedure

To obtain a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject « Withdrawal » or « Refund ».
  2. State your full name and the date of purchase so that we can locate your order.
  3. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal within 3 business days.
  4. The refund is issued within 14 days to the original means of payment.
